What’s a thing you were completely obsessed with as a kid?
Since my mother was and is a great cook. I was obssessed with macaroni and cheese, corn, and fried chicken. Sooooo delicious. I could actually have mac and cheese as a meal, but those other sides, were the BEST! Those were the days that home cook meals were a big deal. We didn’t eat fast food, so I could really appeciate family time and conversation at the dinner table.
My mother also made sure we had dessert. She was and continues to be creative in the kitchen. I admire her ability to just open the refrigerator door, whip out food items, and perform mom magic.😂 Gotta love her!
